"Quick service, always available, always friendly, 10/10, highly recommend! Update: due to some 'paperwork issues' and communication failures, I discovered that I was no longer insurable and not given any options for resuming coverage with Jamesetta's office. This uninsurable status was incorrectly attributed to me, and was never communicated to me. The only reason I found out is because the auto-pay for my car insurance did not withdraw for the full amount one month. This ended up meaning I had a lapse in coverage which I was not aware of until it was too late. Thankfully I was able to purchase coverage with a different State Farm representative, but the entire process of leaving me without coverage was handled poorly and was due to no fault of my own. The communication regarding the process was also opaque and no details were given, aside from the fact that I was no longer able to purchase insurance from this office, despite not having an accident or even a moving violation in 15-something years. Incredibly disappointing as I've been a customer here for a long time."
